THE STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS:

The Process (At a Glance)
​

1. Discovery Call & In-Home Consultation

We learn about your space, lifestyle, timeline, and goals, then confirm whether Concept Concierge or Full-Service Design is the right fit.

​

2. Design Proposal & Kickoff

Once selected, you’ll receive a custom Design Proposal, Letter of Agreement, and Roadmap for Success.  A 50% design retainer secures your project.
 

3. Concept Design Development

Our team measures, collaborates with vendors, and designs a tailored furnishing plan specific to your home and style.
 

4. Design Presentation

After approximately 3 weeks, we present 2–3 design boards per space. We review each concept together and refine based on your feedback.
 

5. Final Design + Shopping Links
Within 2–3 weeks, you’ll receive the final approved design with an itemized list and shoppable links. The remaining 50% design fee is due prior to link delivery.  At this point, the project is officially handed off to you.

-You’ll manage: - Ordering & purchasing - Vendor communication - Delivery scheduling - Installation & styling
